Private Villa in Southern Umbria

This is a private villa with garden. Overlooking the Tiber valley with views to the picturesque town of Penna in Teverina It sleeps up to 14 people confortably and is ideal for a large family or even two families to share a holiday. This is a great villa to share maybe with another family. It is ideal for children as we have many ourselves. It is also very safe as the garden is completely ring fenced. Great for BBqs , long walks , bicycle rides and ultra tranquil living. Guests will have access to the whole house. The lounge has a TV and DVD. For the more active among you, head for the huge garage which has table football or table tennis or other games. Hop on a bicycle and go and explore the surroundings ! No interaction at all as I will be away. However I can be contacted for assistance or advice This is a villa within a complex of another 4, the closest house is approximately 50 yards away, so it is quiet but not isolated. The town of Penna itself is just over 1km away where you will find shops and local sightseeing attractions The whole area is very safe and peaceful. A car is essential for getting around. Remember, a day trip to Rome is pretty simple and if you are not keen to drive with the Romans, you can leave the car at Orte station (11Km from the house) and take a train to the capital (35 mins) . Alternatively head north and visit the rest of Umbria , with Orvieto, Todi and Assisi all within easy reach. Even Siena in tuscany is an easy day trip. maid service available by separate arrangement
