Ideal for couples or families, you'll find everything you need close by, lovely restaurants and bars, there is a local on site bar and restaurant with great food and a lovely view of the marina. Access to the on sight gym and swimming pool is also available for a small cost. sunset is also visible from this property, and very beautiful. Perfectly situated, right by the Marina and walking distance to all shops, bars and restaurants. On arrival all guests will be greeted with a bottle of prosecco, plus snacks as a welcome gesture, as well as a mixture of mini cereals in the kitchen cupboard. There will be enough tea, coffee and biscuits to last the first couple of days to give guests a little relaxation time before going shopping for the necessities. Nice extras such as secure WiFi, smart TV, a slow cooker will be provided, dishwasher and Berkey water filtration system for the cleanest water you. Please see 'additional' rules for extra costs regarding pets. All facilities available to guests. Restrictions apply with regards to pool access, and slots must be pre booked. Breakfast cereal supplied for your first morning, perfect for anyone who doesn't have time to go to the supermarket due to arriving late. I would highly recommend the Nicholas Everitt Park which is less that 5 minutes walk along the lake, even if you don't have children with you, it's a beautiful location. The property has private WIFI, a slow cooker, on arrival treats such as, cereal, Prosecco, pepsi max, biscuits, tea and coffee, a Berkey water filtration system to ensure you drink the cleanest possible water, dishwasher.
