Seanicview Lodge with excellent views.

The holiday home over looks the Tamer Valley and Dartmoor in the distance. It is ideal to visit Dartmoor and many lovely beaches on the North or South coast of Cornwall and much more. Onsite facilities include bar, heated outdoor pool (summer only), indoor heated pool with children's splash pool open all year, games room, and fitness center. There is also two children's play area and outdoor tennis courts. These facilities are included in the price. Dogs welcome. You enter in to a hallway with doors of to lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a patio area with a bench table and chairs. The lounge/diner is furnished with 2 large sofa's. Dining table and chairs for 8 person's , TV with free view channels and separate DVD player. The kitchen over looks the dinning area and is fitted with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. 1 double and separate shower room with WC and basin downstairs. Upstairs is 2 further large bedrooms one with a double bed, with room for a travel cot, with views over the Tamar valley and Dartmoor. The other bedroom as 2 single beds. The lounge/diner is furnished with 2 large sofa's. Dining table and chairs for 8 person's , TV with free view channels and separate DVD player. Free WiFi in lodge which is wireless. During busy times the signal can play up. Stair gate, travel cot and baby chair is available free of charge. Though we will not be available in person we are always at the end of the telephone There is a bus stop by the entrance to the site. At near by Gunnislake there is a train to Plymouth. Please note the pricing allows the property to be booked as a 2 or 3 bedroom for smaller groups. The lodge is only suitable for max 4 adults and 2 children under 12.
