Clean, Convenient & Comfortable - Come enjoy a relaxing and stress free stay just blocks from the Willamette River and close to everything you want to do in and around Portland. Enjoy a bike ride, run, paddle-board or simple stroll down the waterfront path just 2 blocks from your door. Sellwood, Oaks Park, South Waterfront and downtown can all be accessed easily with or without a car (5 minutes w/car). Come enjoy all that PDX and John's Landing has to offer! This unit is an ADU (additional dwelling unit). We live above this unit with our dog "Redmond" or Big Red. The ADU is about 700 sq feet, one bedroom, one bath, with full kitchen. It is a fairly new build with bikes and some water equipment to borrow throughout your stay. This unit has it's own entrance on the left side of the garage and driveway. If your interested in borrowing bikes let us know and we will make arrangements for you to use them. We are here if you need assistance or a recommendation to a great food spot. We also live above the unit so you'll likely see us come and go throughout your stay. We'll leave you alone unless you need something. In John's Landing you are surrounded by anything you want to do. Water is 2 blocks away, Marquam Trail head 3 blocks, Willamette Park is 5 blocks and some of Portland's most iconic eateries, bars and coffee shops are just minutes away walking, riding or driving. You are in the center of it all. From here you can walk, bike, drive or easily use public transportation. Car2Go, Lyft, Getaround and other car transportation companies are available in this central location.
