Cute Two Bedroom Wine Country Cottage

Cute 1939 cottage in the heart of the California Central Coast wine region. Nestled in Lompoc, gateway to the Santa Rita Hills AVA (world class Pinot,/Chard). Walk downtown, Wine Ghetto (19 tasting rms) 3 minute drive, Surf Beach/Ocean Park 8 min., additionally, it's just a short, beautiful drive to Solvang, Santa Ynez, or Santa Barbara. This wine country cottage features a lovely large side yard, ideal for inviting your fellow traveling companions from their conventional accommodations over for a backyard barbecue feast on a warm summer evening. The perfect way to finish a day of exploring wine country. Our first preference is to meet new guests at the Cottage, to welcone you and show you aroubd a bit. Other check in arrangements are possible. At check in (if we're nearby), and, as needed, by on-site night monitor. The cottage is situated in a quiet neighborhood on the south side of town. There is a school across the street, serving kids ages 11 through 13. Twice a day (around 8 AM and 3 PM), the kids arrive and depart, so there is a temporary increase in foot traffic and auto traffic. Lasts about 15 minutes.x The City of Lompoc Transit (COLT) has a route that passes the cottage and connects throughout town. Weekly rate is 10% off the daily rate for 7 days. Monthly rate is 25% off the daily rate for 30 days.
