Bright and modern studio in historic neighborhood

Welcome to the Warrick house! This bright and modern studio apartment is located in historic Germantown. Just 15 minutes from the Philadelphia Museum of Art, close to the hiking trails of Forbidden Drive and steps from cultural landmarks dating back to the Revolutionary War, we are ideally situated to experience the best the city has to offer. Your accommodations include a fully equipped kitchen, private deck, full bathroom, queen-sized bed, AC, Wi-fi, and more. The kitchen contains a sink, fridge, microwave, full sized stove/oven and an array of dishes and kitchen tools. We also supply complimentary coffee and tea supplies, as well as a water filter pitcher. We welcome families and have a pack and play travel crib that we can provide for your use. The crib is not stored in the apartment, so please request it ahead of time if you would like to use it during your stay. You will have full access to the studio apartment and private use of the deck outside the front door. The garage below is off limits, and we ask that you park on the street and not in the short driveway. We fully respect your privacy. We have prepared the studio with everything you should need for your stay, but if you require anything, we are just a call or text away. The Tulpehocken train station is a short and picturesque 0.5 miles from our home. From here, you can take the Chestnut Hill West Regional Rail line into Center City. Street parking is readily available on our block with no restrictions.
