Property description Our lovely brand new 2 bedroom, air-conditioned home comes with everything you will need for your stay in Perth. A fantastic brand new kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious lounge area, outdoor covered patio area with table and chairs, BBQ, swimming pool (solar heated and with solar blanket), makes this an ideal retreat for couples and small families. The new home has been furnished to a high standard to make your stay in Perth as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Attached to our brand new home, Sunrise Retreat is a completely self contained with access to our stunning sparkling new pool which is shared with our family and our guests. We now have synthetic grass around the pool area (I will take new photos in the spring/summer when the gardens are in full bloom). Further details indoors Benefiting from evaporative air conditioning throughout the home, the lounge area has two quality sofas, coffee tables, gas heater, digital television and dvd player. The new kitchen area has plenty of fitted cupboards, worktops, breakfast bar with stools, splash backs, fan oven and grill, ceramic hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, (and additional fridge freezer and washing machine in garage), kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with individual bedside lights and cabinets, and large wardrobes. Bedroom two is fitted with two single beds, complete with bedside lights and cabinet/table and built in wardrobe. An additional portacot is available and a camp bed if there are 5 of you. The new bathroom has a shower, wash basin with large mirror, cabinet and toilet. Sliding glass patio doors lead from the main bedroom to a patio area with table and chairs to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the enclosed pool area. For your safety smoke alarms have been installed. We provide a welcome complimentary package (tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, spreads, sugar) so you can have a drink or a snack when you arrive or in the morning. About the area Destination Sunrise Retreat is situated on a large block only a short distance (3km) from Wanneroo Central shopping centre, public library, restaurants and coffee shops.
