Cozy one level home WALKING DISTANCE TO THE WVU FOOTBALL STADIUM, RUBY, and MON HEALTH MEDICAL CENTER (all 0.7 mile distance) sits on a beautiful, flat acre of ground and is close to everything you need for your stay. Close to WVU campus, Creative Arts Center, Coliseum, Erickson Alumni Center, Suncrest Town Center (grocery, fuel, restaurants, etc.). Prime location for medical workers, travel nurses, or families attending WVU sporting events! My sister, Laurel, and I look forward to your stay! This home sleeps 4-6 guests. Please note that there is an additional charge of $25/night per person after the 4th guest (so, for the 5th and the 6th guest). This home contains two bedrooms: one queen bed and one full size bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is within the couch closest to the driveway. Sheets and pillows for the sofa bed are located in the closet between the dining room and the living room. The light switch for this closet is inconveniently located in the kitchen (it's an old home, we labeled it for you :-) ) The television provided is a 58 inch Smart Roku TV for streaming services. Please note all streaming services will require you to have a username and log in, unless they are free to the general public. There is also a DVD player provided which connects to the TV through the HDMI 1 connection. Keyless entry is available on the front door of the home for your ease of entry. The code will be provided to you after booking. There is also a back door off of the dining room with a back porch which can be utilized after front door entry to the home, but no key is provided for this door. Three off street parking spots are available to you EXCEPT for WVU home football game weekends. On these weekends only TWO off street parking spots are available since we usually park cars in the yard on the days of the game. Because of this there cannot be any cars parked in the driveway to allow access in and out at all times. A guestbook is provided in the living room and located on the end table in between the two couches. This guestbook contains a plethora of information including check-in/check-out information, house rules, host & co-host contact information, Wi-Fi access, appliance guidance, nearby laundromats, nearby medical facilities/pharmacies, transportation information, and host recommendations for restaurants and entertainment.
