Craven View Shepherds Huts "The Journeyman"

We have 2 new, cosy Shepherds Huts situated above the town of Barnoldswick with panoramic views looking towards Craven and the Dales including Malham Cove , Ingleborough and Penyghent. Inside each hut is a kingsize bed, 2 comfortable chairs and a coffee table along with a fold-down table for dining. The small kitchen area incorporates a microwave, toaster, kettle and 2 ring induction hob. All pans and cutlery are provided. You will also have the luxury of an ensuite bathroom with a flushing toilet and a walk-in rain shower. (Except keep showers brief as the water supply is from natural spring water and the boilet capacity is limited. Outside is an Esse Garden Stove which you can use for warming yourselves when sat out in the evening or barbecuing your meal on. We have ( subject to availability) our very own Belted Galloway Beef - steaks & burgers - which will be available to purchase from our freezer. We are situated above the small town ofBarnoldswick, and with a 10 minute walk you can experience its range of independent retail shops, pubs and cafes. Alternatively don your walking boots and explore the many footpaths that surround Barnoldswick including the Weets Hill (where, on a very clear day, you can see Blackpool Tower.) Then return to a lovely warm shower before cooking your tea on the stove outside whilst admiring the view. After leaving Moorgate Road you will travel up Folly Lane which is a single track lane with passing places. On arriving at our farm we have a small parking area set aside for guests. In just a 30min car journey you can be in the market towns of either Skipton or Settle in North Yorkshire or Clitheroe in Lancashire.
