Peace and Relax with clear view and a lot of sun

Nice, full sunny house with great view, big garden in a small village with two Restaurants, calm, clean air, recreation amd sport possibilties starting form the house, Antiallergic (Comfort Airexchange with filter!, no carpet) with biologic garden (no pesticide for 15 years) and wildlife. Privat bath for 20SFr dayly cash. You will have a big room with sight to the opposite valley side. You can sleep in good double bed (2*90*200), each one with its own frame and good matreses. You have internet(LAN, WIFI) in the room. it has comfort ventilation with filtration of the air, therefore and also becouse of the equipment the whole house is suitable for people with allergies. The best is the big garden with lots of different sitting places in the shadow or in the sun. It has a grill place and a hollyood swing on the terrasse. It is mist free with all day sun. For activities you have the hills and mountains for hiking or walking, or the course for biking. With long stays (>3 days) you can use the kitchen and the living room, if you live as clean as before. You have access to the garden and the terrace. If i have time i love to talk to guests, if they are interested. Otherways there are a lot of places in the garden and the surrounding to be on your own. There is a train at daytime in a tunnel every one hours (hardly visible, a bit sound). The house lies at the edge of a small hamlet. To the west it is calm and you are on your own with a nice fareview to Sternenberg. Other sides are more social. You can start from the door hikes to Schnebelhorn and Hörnli, wich have great views to the Bodensee lake, germany, the Mountains of Säntis, Rigi and so on and the valleys of the Tösstal. Biking and snowhiking are also popular and its possible to ski in Winter. The sun is strong enough in the winter to get some tan and warming up by the sun rays on the terrace. Completly calm and dark* in the night with beautyfull visible stars. *without moon. In Winter (mainly January/February) can be up to 50 cm new snow and streets my be cleaned white. So good shoes and clothes are usefull. If yout get up early you may need snow showel till the street. Behind the house is a parking place, there is a nightbus at weekends till 4 in the morning from Zurich. The Train station is 15 Minutes of walk (Steg, train every 60 Minutes) or 35 Minutes of walk to Bauma with trains and buses to a lot of places every 15 to 30 Minutes. Transfer from/to Bauma can be arranged when coming or leaving and also often in between the stay. Winter: Car must have wintergear and snow chain. You can book with the booking a parking place at the main street for 40 SFr. that you can pay cash, when you come. Count with till 50cm new snow and white streets, also main street. Train and Buses are reliable and to recomend in snow condition. The accomodation is suitable for working/living or holydays for some days or a break time. We can offer a professional office place if wished additionally. In the household lives a nice cat, but becouse of well cleaning and furniture it should not be a problem for allergic person. How ever if you feel uncomfortable with her it is not Problem for her to live in another Apprtement and to clean all rooms allergie free ( i am myself allergic against cats and know how to clean. On the far western side of the garden is a chicken breeeding (8 to 15 chickens). you will not realise theyre existence, exept at day time if you are in the kitchen or if they walk in parts of the garden at daytime. If this bothers you,it is no problem for them to stay in the big cage. In winter good shoes and cloths are recomended. The temperatur in the main room ist 20, in the sleeping rooms 18-(20). If more is wished in the sleeping room, max. 22 possilbe, it costs 50 SFr per month more cash. There is a lot of wintersport possilbe: Snow man or hut building and oversleep, winter hiking, ski in Steg, Sternenberg and so on if proper cloth and Equipment is with you.
