We have a rural home with verandahs all around. We have completely sectioned off 2 spare rooms, bathroom and toilet, so you have total privacy from the rest of the house. Ceiling fans throughout and aircon in the living room flows through to the bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed that opens up to a double bed. TV/DVD with internet access. Cooking is an outside BBQ, a m/wave or a slow cooker. All cookware and crockery is supplied. Breakfast cereal, toaster, tea & coffee are supplied. A 5 acre rural property only 5 minutes from the new Coolalinga Shopping Centre and only 10 minutes from Palmerston. Gravel driveway with plenty of parking. There is no laundry in the guest area. You are welcome to use our washing machine and clothes line on request, however it is preferred that you use the laundromat which is close by at the Coolalinga shopping centre. We respect your privacy but will happily share local knowledge over an evening drink if you like. Being locals we know just about anything you would like to know or where to go. Virginia Store has great take away meals and the My rural 5 acre property is close to Coolalinga Shopping Centre and only 10 mins from Palmerston. Virginia Store has great take away food and Virginia Tavern has a restaurant. They are only a 5 minute drive away.
