Welcome to Florence Y'All! This condo is in the heart of Northern Kentucky, with quick, convenient access to I-75. It's less than a mile from the famous "Florence Y'all" water tower visible from I-75. Great place to stay for traveling nurses working at one of the St. E's hospitals; contractors; pilots and flight attendants working at CVG; just 8 mi./approx. 15 min. drive to St E's in Edgewood; 7.5 mi/15 min drive to CVG airport. Eat in. Dine out. Hike. Tour. Y'All are Welcome! Come relax in this 2-bedroom, 2-full bath condo, with sofa that folds out for a 3rd sleeping area in the living room. Located 3 miles from CVG airport, less than 13 miles to any major Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky Hospital. The condo is located in a 24-unit building. This unit is accessed through an exterior door that opens to a hallway shared by 6 units. There are a few steps to the unit door that opens with your unique, 6-digit code. Walk into a large open space with living room, kitchen with granite peninsula, and balcony. Down the hallway you'll find a bedroom on the right and full bath/shower on the left. At the end of the hallway is the largest bedroom with a walk-in closet, desk/vanity area and full bathroom with shower. Rooms are equipped with dressers, hangers, and bedding. Bathrooms are furnished with soaps, shampoo, and towels. The unit includes 2 parking spots in the parking lot where you can park wherever you like between the marked white lines. I am available and live nearby in case the guests need me. The condo building is nestled alongside public Boone Woods Golf Course and you get a glimpse of the 15th t-box from the balcony. You are free to walk the golf cart pathways before golfers start in the morning or in the evening after they are finished for the day. The condo is conveniently located less than a mile from I-75, Exit 181 Florence/Burlington Exit (Route 18). Pull into the parking lot and stay left of the building in the center. Guests will have two parking spaces (unassigned) in the shared parking lot. (Note: two residents on the ground floor tend to park closest to the sidewalk). You can park anywhere in the lot between white parking lines. The unit is only 10-15 minutes from the airport so you will see planes coming and going, but you won't hear them because the windows and patio sliding door are all double paned. You will hear a plane if you are on the balcony deck. I live up the street so am available if anything is needed. Just give me a call. Otherwise, you have the unit to yourself.
