This cute 1950's apartment comprises the entire second floor of our home, with its own private entrance. There is one bedroom for your use, a living room with a giant picture window overlooking the adjacent green woods, a nicely tiled bathroom, and a kitchen with a retro design using a stove from the 1930s. Much of the furniture is antique and recently refinished. This house is 1 mile from Purdue's campus, and a 5 minute walk to downtown Lafayette. The entire second floor except the second bedroom. This apartment is located in the historic St.Mary's district of Lafayette, noted for its large number of historic Victorian homes and nearby cathedral. This quiet, tree-lined district is a 5-minute walk to downtown Lafayette, where you will find all manner of services and eateries. The campus of Purdue University is approximately 1 mile away across the Wabash River, which has a pedestrian-only bridge for easy access by foot or you can take the Lafayette CityBus, which provides regular service to, from, and around Lafayette and West Lafayette.
