Lower level (basement) with separate entrances and easy self check-in + separate laundry! 5-10 minutes to: Bunker Hills Park and Trail System Bunker Hills Wave Pool and Waterpark Bunker Hills Golf Course Majestic Oaks Golf Course Restaurants Shopping - Target, Walmart, Groceries Crooked Lake 15 minutes to: Blaine National Sports Center 30-45 Minutes to: Airports Mall of America Downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis Great guest suite with all you need - that's also close to everything! This is the lower level of our house. The upper unit is also rented so you may hear footsteps, water running, etc. It is fully separate with a separate entrance. The only space shared is garage, driveway and backyard. 1 garage stall and 1 driveway spot is available. A total of 2-3 cars can fit off street, otherwise street parking is allowed as long as it does not snow. 2 FULL bathrooms! Kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cooking ware, etc. **please note**2 bedrooms, although one bedroom is used to access (walk through) the living room, otherwise each space is private when doors are shut. The second bedroom does not have a traditional closet, however there is a clothes rack. Backyard is a beautiful space that you're welcome to enjoy - sit by the pond, or lounge on the lower deck. (November through April pond will be closed) Access is easy all through a keypad - total self-check-in. We can often offer earlier check in/check out depending on other bookings. Early check in before 1pm (if able to do it) and check outs later than 12pm would be an additional $25 fee for our cleaner to come at a different time. We will be available to help with anything, otherwise we let you be during your stay. :) We live in a nice quiet neighborhood. One block from our house, there is a trail access that leads around the neighborhood, and over to the trails at Bunker Hills. We are not very close to any bus lines. However, we are 12 minutes drive from the Northstar train/bus station - this has a place to park and bring you into the city, from there you can access the light-rails that run in and around the cities. You can also access this from the airport - and then it would just be a 12 min Uber/Lyft ride to the apartment. -To access the apartment, there are about 10 steps to the separate entrance. -During winter months, there are shovels and salt provided for snowstorms. If you are unable to shovel, please let us know. -We ask that guests wash their own dishes (or run the dishwasher) and take out the trash. -We have white carpet and rugs, please have shoes removed at all time. -It is $10 additional for each guest after 2. -Pond is "closed" November through April. - We do not allow any animals in the unit to keep it as clean as possible and provide a safe space for those with allergies.
