Beautiful super-king bedroom with garden 🪴

A short walk from Angel tube station and Highbury & Islington overground station, this private room, with a super king bed that overlooks the garden away from the buzz of the street, is situated in a spacious Islington townhouse with easy access to restaurants, pubs, bars and shops. This place is perfect for someone or a couple who need a central stay in London for a few nights while working or exploring the city. You’ll be staying in a private home, and the couple who’ll host you, Alfred and Harriet, live in the house with a bedroom on the top floor. The house has been recently renovated and redecorated in the last three years with a lot of the furnishing and art coming from India and Kenya where Alfred and Harriet have lived. There are two other spare rooms, in addition to the one you’ll rent - one of which a friend of the hosts, Katie, lives in over the summer months, and the other is used as a storage space or home office occasionally. The living space and kitchen are shared spaces with a cosy setup in both. As a guest, you’ll have access to the living room, kitchen, dining area and garden. You’ll be sharing those spaces with your hosts, Harriet and Alfred, who live in the house. As hosts, we’re available by phone and email if you have any questions about the house or area. We’re also very happy to socialise or leave you in peace depending on what you prefer.
