Unser Apartment befindet sich in Kitzingen, Kaltensondheim, es liegt 15 Min. südlich von Würzburg im schönen Unterfranken. Die Einliegerwohnung ist 45qm groß, von uns liebevoll eingerichtet mit Küche, Bad, einem Wohn- & Essbereich und einem Schlafzimmer. Gebührenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Für Kinder und Kleinkinder steht ein Spielbereich mit Kletterturm, Rutsche, Sandkasten, Schaukel und diversen Fahrzeugen zur freien Verfügung. The bedroom has a double bed 200x160cm, with ample space for an travel bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, sink, stove / oven, refrigerator and a washing machine. The apartment is well usable for children and toddlers. The bathroom has a corner bath, which invites you to relax and unwind. In the cozy living room there is a possibility of sleeping on the large couch for max. two persons and a single bed 200x90cm and a mattress. Satellite TV via a 42 '' TV, a radio and books for reading are also available. And of course you can use the WLAN for free. The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the house, the separate entrance is accessible through the garden. We are happy to help you with travel tips, information about our region and are always open for a cup of coffee. The apartment is located in a quiet and relaxing dead end. You can park your car directly in our free private parking place (Pension ELLA) in front of the house. We also gladly offer you a shuttle service from Kitzinger Bahnhof.
