1 bedroom guesthouse suitable for 2 adults in a semi-rural area of Bolton, situated in garden of owner's 17th century farmhouse. While you will have complete privacy during your stay we are only a few yards away so on hand should you need us. We are surrounded by fields but only half a mile away from a large Morrison's supermarket. The Guesthouse has a well equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. A separate lounge/ dining area. 1.5 bathrooms. Bedroom with double bed and good quality cotton bedding. There is a patio area with seating at front of house and secluded decking area with seating at back of property with views over fields. There is free parking for one car on our shared driveway. Private access with own key. Please note there is no on street parking due to it being a very narrow road. Located in a semi rural location in Harwood, Bolton, surrounded by fields but close to supermarket, pubs and restaurants. Convenient for travelling to Manchester, Etihad Stadium and Old Trafford can be reached in 40 minutes by car. The Trafford Centre is 30 minutes drive away. Both Bolton and Bury town centres are 15 minutes drive away. The University of Bolton Stadium, home of Bolton Wanderers FC is 25 minutes drive away. Last Drop Hotel and wedding venue is 15 minutes away. There are walks in the area such as the West Pennine Moors, Jumbles Country Park, 5 minutes drive away, Entwistle Reservoir 15 minutes drive away. Rivington Pike is 30 minutes drive away. There is a bus service into Bolton interchange. The Guesthouse is accessed by a short stretch of unlit, unadopted road which can be bumpy, so please take care. We are situated close to Harwood Quarry which operates during weekday working hours. Operations are generally unobtrusive.
