Large living area and bedroom with very comfy king bed. Bathroom on ground floor Absolutely non smokers only Entire place - very private We live in a separate house at the back of the property. Keys to entry and garage will be left in secure lock at front of property. We may be available if home. Very quiet neighbourhood. Overlooks lake, easy walk to lake path and beach. Great coffee cafes, good choice of local restaurants and pub. Close to 2 clubs. Beautiful walks to beach and around lake. Walk to great beach, lake path and shops. 15 minutes drive to The Entrance and Tuggerah Westfield. Public bus at end of street. Absolutely non smoking residence
