Private Apartment 2L

This is a two bedroom apartment on the second floor! The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and has large beautiful rooms with lots of storage. Full size beds, desks, and comfy chairs for lounging, as well as a fully functioning kitchen will make this place your "home away from home" for however long you choose to stay. Long term booking, and families with "fur babies" are welcome at anytime. The second floor accommodations have lots of windows, built in AC units in the bedrooms, lots of storage and a well stocked kitchen for all of your cooking and eating needs! There are lots of options for public transportation nearby. The LIRR will take you to the city (Manhattan) or to the East End (Montauk) and to the local malls as well (Roosevelt Field) There are also buses nearby that will take you to the north and south shores of Long Island if you want to visit the beaches! I follow my guests leads when it comes to interactions. If you need me, I'm a phone call or text away. If you don't, I'll usually just checkin with you every so down to make sure you have everything you need. The neighborhood is very walkable. There are lots of convenience stores and grocery stores nearby. There are pharmacies and banks and restaurants galore. There are movie theaters and bowling alleys within few miles. Mineola is a very walkable and friendly town. Getting around by foot, bus or train is easy. If you have a car, there is free street parking all over the neighborhood and it's readily available. Alternate side parking rules do apply, which means you have to read the signs and not park on certain sides of the street, for a few hours, during "street cleaning" blocks of time. Read the signs to avoid annoying parking tickets. This is a privately owned apartment building with four apartments. All guest are required to accept the "rules" of no smoking and no parties before they are accepted guests. I ask lots of questions to make sure that guest are a good fit for the apartment. I don't want anyone to be disappointed so I am quite transparent. If you need something, and it's not in the apartment, ask me for it. I can usually provide whatever you need within a few days.
