House on Main - Ranch Style w/ Updated Amenities!

Recently refurbished single-level home with two bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry facilities. An open concept kitchen and dining room flow into the living area giving the space a very inclusive feel. A back patio is also available for guests to enjoy. The House on Main is located in the heart of Rockwood; a quaint town known primarily for the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail and close proximity to Seven Springs & Hidden Valley ski resorts as well as numerous state parks. Come check us out! A full kitchen is complete with plates, bowls, assorted cups, pots/pans, baking sheets, utensils, cutting board, hot pads, etc. There is a microwave and toaster in addition to a double oven and full size refrigerator/freezer. A single-cup Keurig is also provided with K-cups, coffee mugs and convenient to-go coffee cups! A washer and dryer are available for use to guests if you need to do laundry during your stay. There is seating in the dining area for 6 guests to enjoy a sit-down meal; four people at the table and two persons at the bar top. We hope that you find the living room to be a cozy place to kick back & relax! Wifi is provided to guests along with a 43-inch smart TV including free access to Peacock Premium, Hulu, ESPN Plus & Disney Plus. New heat/AC units are able to be controlled by guests to ensure optimal comfort throughout the home. The bedrooms are simple but very comfortable. One bedroom has two twin beds while the other has a queen bed. Clean sheets, comforters and pillows are provided for all three beds. A tranquil bathroom located in the hall between the two bedrooms offers a full size shower with removable shower head option. Towels & wash clothes are provided for guests as well as an assortment of travel size toiletries in case you forgot to pack something, we should have you covered! There is a patio located behind the house which includes a two-sided grill (one propane, one charcoal), a picnic-style table as well as a separate table with 4 chairs. This area is under roof and borders the open back yard. Off-street parking is provided! There is a gravel lot in front of the house, on the left side, where 2 vehicles can park. Additional parking can be found in the alley on the right side of the house. If parking in the alley, just be sure to stay over towards our house so that vehicles can still pass by. We live about 15 minutes from the House on Main but grew up in the small town of Rockwood so please ask away if you have any questions about our space or the area, prior to and/or during your stay!
