Anything you want, from local activities and sight seeing to dining, breweries, music venues and more, can all be found withing 5 -20 minutes. The stylish and inviting living room is decorated in an eclectic mixture of art, vintage finds and custom made pieces. Spend a morning listening to records and taking in the view. * Meals are easy in the fully stocked kitchen with a great coffee bar. Off the kitchen area is a washer/dryer available for your use. * A great nights sleep is so important, and bedrooms have comfortable memory foam beds, soft high quality bedding, sound machines and ample closet space. * Fenced back yard will with a large deck for outdoor hangs and star gazing. There is a parking area in front for 2 small cars with additional parking behind the garage at the rear of the property, accessible by no outlet street that runs behind the houses. * The homes are close to each other, so we do ask that noise in the back yard be lowered after 10pm to respect our neighbors. Weekends Require a 2 night stay (Friday/Saturday) HOUSE RULES: NO Parties/Gatherings Only booked guests allowed without prior notice. NO Smoking or VapIng NO Pets NO Glitter/Confetti Our neighborhood is a mix of original lake cottages from the 1930's to 50's, and newer homes and condos. This area was originally an amusement park that opened in the late 1800's and ran until the 1970's and these cottages were often the summer homes. If you're a history buff, look up "Meyers Lake Amusement Park". You have access to the entire home other than owners supply room. We do have a Ring Doorbell for exterior security as well as quick help if you have any issue with the lock keypad. Let yourself in with the door code and we are a phone call away should you need anything. This quiet lake community has a combination of newer homes and older original bungalows/cottages. Houses are close to each other but it's a very peaceful neightborhood. In a few minutes drive you are at great activities and locations. Nearby attractions such as the Pro Football Hall Of Fame, the downtown Canton Arts District, top rated dining, museums, theater and events. You'll love the beautiful Stadium Park, Canton Garden Center, the John F. Kennedy Memorial Fountain, playground and a 1.5 mile rubberized walking track. Only a few minutes from I77 and Rt 30. 15 min. to Akron/Canton Airport 30 min. to Amish Country 1 hour to Cleveland This is a private lake. Only the waterfront homes have access to the lake for swimming or boating. Other property owners (LIKE US) can only access the lake by use of the marina. However we hope you enjoy our beautiful view.
