Single occupancy of double sunny room on ground floor

Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful space. This room is at the end of a corridor downstairs in our dormer bungalow with a private bathroom nearby. It has a lovely view of the garden with mature trees and shrubs. The guest breakfast and sittingroom is nearby where guests can help themselves to breakfast and tea/coffee anytime. We live in a large dormer bungalow in a walled garden. There is a tree lined avenue with our entrance off it. The garden has lovely mature trees and shrubs and it's quiet and private. There is plenty of free parking available in front of the house. Guests are welcome to access the front garden if they wish. There is a garden table and chairs outside for guests who want to smoke. We will welcome guests personally. At least one of us will be at home and guests can message me freely on Airbnb any time. We request that guests wear their masks when entering and use hand sanitizer provided . Unfortunately due to Covid 19 we will limit our interaction with guests . The area is quiet but yet all you need is nearby including shops and restaurants. Very convenient for all the motorways and the airport is just 40 minutes drive. It's very suitable for guests attending weddings, training courses in the Westgrove Hotel , Mondello car racing , Goff's Horse Sales, Clane Hospital , work in Kerry Group or Intel. As we live in the countryside it is best if guests have their own transport. Breakfast is self service continental style at any time you wish before check out at 11.00. You are also welcome to help yourself to tea/coffee anytime. All frequently touched handles and switches are satitized for your safety and some sanitising wipes are also provided.
