This bedroom has a queen bed, and private bath. Nearby: AMA(Academy of Model Aeronautics), 7 minutes from Prairie Creek Reservoir, 1 min. from Bailey’s Place, 15 min. from Ball State, and 10 minutes to local eateries and shopping.   This private room inside our house has a queen bed and private bath across the hall. Enjoy the sunroom. ** We also have another separate suite. COUNTRY SIDE GETAWAY I if you need a larger space. You are welcome to use living room, tv room, sunroom to relax. Breath in the sun on the pool deck. I will be here to greet you as you arrive. This location is minutes from the AMA(Academy of Model Aeronautics), 7 minutes from Prairie Creek Reservoir,  around the corner Bailey’s Place (an event venue), 15 minutes from Ball State, and 10 minutes to local eateries and shopping.   We are here to make your stay pleasant.
