Charming room in great location

This is a very attractive room in a warm and convivial household. With a small private sitting room, a shower/toilet and shared use of a well-appointed kitchen with a wood-burning stove and TV. Parking, wifi, garden and close to all amenities. It is a charming old cottage set in West Surrey. We are within easy reach of lots of amenities and activities and very well located for London and airports. The bedroom is very comfortable, clean and warm. Guests are welcome to coffee/tea as well as toast and cereals. Access to the kitchen/dining room and a small private sitting room adjoining the bedroom. We have a tennis court and can provide rackets and balls. Free to wander around the garden, we have a few bikes guests can borrow. I'm happy to assist guests if they have any queries about the area, with regard to places to visit etc - it's a friendly and convivial household. Access to beautiful countryside for walking and pub lunches. Farnham is a very attractive town with good restaurants. Aldershot has a good cinema complex and eateries attached. Guildford is great for shopping. Winchester is a must for King Arthur fans. Rivers, lakes, hills, woods, towns, villages, pubs, golf, mountain biking..... We have ample parking on-site that is safe and convenient. There is the X64 bus which goes from Winchester/Farnham/Guildford and is about 5 minutes walk away. Train stations (Guildford and Farnborough) are all near by car - you can walk or cycle to Farnham and Aldershot stations as well. For sightseeing and the best walks a car is probably the most convenient but there are good walks from the house too. We have 2 labradors and 19 doves. The dogs stay away from the living/dining/kitchen spaces and the doves perch near the back door.
