Private “Hunt” Room in the Emerson Guest House

This cozy room is perfect for small families. We purchased this historic home in October 2021 and are gradually making improvements. Furnishings may be different than as pictured when you arrive. In the gracious entryway you’ll find freshly brewed coffee in the morning. On the second floor, you’ll have access to your room and the shared bathroom. Outside, there is ample park-like space to enjoy, with multiple fire pits and seating areas. We live on the first floor of the guest house with our toddler and dog. We’re around to greet you when you arrive and generally available for questions, but you’ll have lots of privacy during your stay. The Emerson Guest House is located on Main St. in downtown Vergennes, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, the Vegennes Opera House and the town library.
