The living room features a cozy living area with a flat screen smart TV, nap worthy sofa and armchair, and a large window that fills the space with natural light. Help yourself to a tipple from the complimentary sprits on the book shelf. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with oven, microwave, washing machine, cafetiere, Twinings tea box with a selection of teas, crockpot, large fridge freezer with plenty of room for your holiday groceries. The dining table seats up to four people comfortably, perfect for sharing a hearty meal after a day exploring the area. The oversized map of the Brecon Beacons National Park will provide all the inspiration needed to plan your next hike. Upstairs, both bedrooms include luxury pocket sprung mattresses and bedding to ensure you have the best night's sleep. The main bedroom features a projector to make a cozy night in extra special. Each bedroom is fitted with a flat screen smart TV, hairdryers and hanging space for your clothes. The bathroom features a large sink, shower fitted over the bath and toilet. Additional Info: - 1 small dog is welcome, but strictly not allowed on any of the furniture. - Guests receive a "starter pack" of laundry capsules, dishwashing liquid, bin bags, and travel sized shampoo, body wash and hand soap. - A welcome pack including information you will need to know about the house, it's features and the area. - There is a private car parking space for one car across the road opposite the house. This is free for your use only. - The house is heated with storage heaters, please ensure these are turned off when you leave the property. Time for an adventure beyond your house? You have plenty of choices from... - A trip to Usk Reservoir. A seven mile circular trail around the reservoir and through the forest is a perfect a way to spend the day. - A hike to Llyn y Fan Fawr is a must. If you're feeling energetic, follow the circular route around the sister lake Llyn y Fan Fach. A perfect place for a wild swim! - Explore the Roman road that runs over the top of Trecastle Mountain on the route between Llandovery and Brecon. At the summit of the hill you'll locate the Roman marching camps. The largest camp is known as 'Y Pigwn Camp'. - Only 30 minutes from the foot of Pen Y Fan, the highest mountain in southern Britain. - Explore the bustling market towns on Llandovery and Brecon.
