Spacious Family Home in St. Agnes With Hot Tub.

Welcome to our Home, available to rent during the Summer Holidays From Friday to Friday. We have 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles (2 en-suite) and 2 single/twin rooms with trundle beds which can be made up as doubles or 2 singles. Our home is a newly built house brimming with Eco features. The Games room has a large screen projector for movie nights and a full size Table football table. Located close to the best Surfing beaches in the UK. The house is over 3 floors. The ground floor is the main living area, kitchen/lounge/ dining room, Games room, wet room with toilet and shower and utility room with washing machine and dryer. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 1st floor and 2 bedrooms and en-suite on the 3rd floor. The Kitchen has a Dishwasher, Large Fridge Freezer a Double oven and Microwave. Extra accommodation: This year we have a studio flat attached to the house which is available as extra guest accommodation for those renting the house. It's going to be listed on airbnb once we finish furnishing it , but currently isn't ready to be photographed. It is an open plan studio with a double bed, a sofa bed, kitchen and separate shower room/wc and is best suited to couples. Whilst you are renting the property it wont be rented out to any additional parties, it is an additional option for only those using the main house if they have extra family or friends wishing to join them. There is a garden with Decking, Hot Tub (cleaned and water changed weekly) a Gas BBQ and parking for 3 cars to the front Just a quick note on the hot tub. Our tub comfortably accommodates 5 people. In our own private use we have had more than 5 people in the tub. However it is technically a 5 person tub. Legislation requires me to let you know that it is just a 5 person tub and ask that, only 5 people use the tub at the same time and that all hot tub rules are adhered to. The Tub will also be cleaned with the water being changed on Friday. This means that it may only be available for use at full temperature by Saturday evening. The owners will be away but good friends/neighbors will be managing the property. The property is in a nice quiet neighbourhood, please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. There is a Private Skate board half pipe in the field opposite the property. This belongs to the owners. You are welcome to use it however this is Totally at your own risk. We can not be held responsible for the condition of the ramp or the people using it. It is great fun though!!
