Welcome to our cozy 2 bed, 1 bath, upper suite. Located within a residential neighbourhood and only a short walk to the college, hospital, and all shopping amenities. The suite is located on the upper level of a fully detached house and has its own separate entrance, laundry, full bathroom and full kitchen. Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. A crib and baby gate are set up for those with young children. The location is perfect for any Kootenay adventure! This open concept upper level suite features 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. Also available is a fully set up crib for those guests with young children. The bathroom features a full tub and shower. Put your feet up in the living room fully outfitted with reclining sofas, a tv, Xbox 360, a large selection of DVD’s and a few books and games for your entertainment. The kitchen has everything you could want including a few extras such as a popcorn maker, waffle maker, keurig, and slow cooker. Have a seat at the dining room table for a family meal, and make yourself at home! The entire upper level is yours to enjoy. The laundry room is located in a room at the bottom of the stairs, which also serves as an entry-way for the downstairs tenants to enter their suite. The downstairs laundry is solely for the use of the upstairs guests, and is not used by the basement tenants. Please do not touch or use anything else located in this room, with the exception of the broom and the vacuum, located on the wall beside the washing machine. We live very close to this suite, and are available at any time by text for any questions or concerns. This home is located within a short walk of the College of the Rockies, East Kootenay Regional Hospital, Landmark Cinemas, Tamarack Mall, Save on Foods, and the Cranbrook Community Forest. There are several bus stops within close proximity of this property. Cranbrook also offers a few taxi services if needed. Many amenities are within walking/biking distance. There are currently long-term tenants living in the basement. Please be mindful of noise. Please be aware that the backyard is a shared space, and the tenants downstairs have a dog which may be in the backyard at times but will always be on a leash.
