Kerby's Palace - Studio Room

From Hawaii to the eastern side of Europe, you will be staying with a well seasoned traveler. Please feel free to make my home your home. It's minimalistic and has just enough space to allow you privacy, but at the same time share in some of the same past times I have. The park, food, and highway are all close by and we can share travel stories over wine in the evening. Bedroom has 100MB down Wifi and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney + At approximately 200 square feet and located in the main house, our elegantly appointed single-level studio room features a queen bed, sitting area and attached private bathroom with rainfall shower, computer desk, and 55” TV Feel free to use the living room and kitchen! Doors have locks on them for added privacy. You have access to Wi-Fi, driveway, and the bedroom. Parking is available in the driveway but is limited in space. If you have a big truck let me know before booking! Due to Covid-19, room has a mini fridge. Stove, Microwave, and Kitchen area / Sink are all allowed. Please do not use the fridge as it would be to hard to clean after your leave. A 2 minute drive to Darry Queen, Pizza and burger shops. The Cortland Willow Park is in a 5 minute walking distance in this quite neighborhood. Feel free to park on the paved driveway. Ideally, not in front of the garage. Park is right down the street and at the end of the street you have several grocery stores Dog on-site (Kerbie!), if you are alergic to dog hair (I clean daily) please do not book here. Kerbie has never been allowed to be in the Airbnb Bedroom or Bathroom, however he can roam the living room. House was recently remodeled in 2021 and has brand new everything. Please feel free to ask if you would like the temperature up or if you need to use the Washer / Dryer. Garage parking in the winter for additional fee. (so you don't need to wake up and clean off your car!)
