House is fully furnished with all new beds, new appliances, and satellite TV. The kitchen has all new cabinets, granite countertops, basic utensils, dishes, and small appliances. There is an large deck for barbecuing and relaxing, a large yard, plenty of parking, and an attached garage for smokers. We provide free ice as needed. No pets. Roosters Roadhouse next door has free WI-FI, dart machines, pool table, 6 big screen TV's, horseshoes courts, indoor and outdoor bean bags, and event space for up to 200 guests.
