Situated on a hill in a quiet cul-de-sac, this private, 1-bedroom apartment features views of beautiful sunsets and surrounding mountains! Enjoy a cup of complimentary coffee on your private patio, then stretch your legs on any of the amazing trails in town. For lunch, walk a short distance to downtown New Castle for shopping and local-favorite Hogback Pizza, or drive 15 minutes to Glenwood Springs for natural hot springs, an adventure park, Sunlight Ski resort, and more! This private, locked off apartment is located on the lower floor of a two story home. Complete with a living area, comfortable sofa that turns into a bed, full kitchen (including all cooking utensils), complimentary coffee, a washer and dryer, and a Roku device to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The bedroom has storage for your personal items, including a large closet, and the bathroom includes a tub/shower. There is a large patio area just outside the entrance door, complete with table and chairs, and access to the front yard. Please do not access the backyard or garage, as it is private. I do live upstairs, and request quiet hours after midnight. There are two free parking spaces: 1 in the driveway and 1 anywhere along the street curb. The driveway is fairly steep with no turnaround at the top, so if you are uncomfortable with backing down, I recommend parking at the bottom along the street and walking up. Otherwise, there is a parking spot available in the driveway at the base of the stairs, next to the blue and white trailer. Depending on the day or time, I may or may not be available in person, but will always be available through the Airbnb App. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that features a cute downtown, parks, and many walking trails! This property is located on a cul-de-sac, so no traffic noise. Walking distance to downtown New Castle. There is also a bus stop downtown that services throughout the valley. Please turn off heaters, lights, and fan before leaving, and close any windows, especially in the winter, before checking out.
