Located on the axis Annecy-Chamonix-Geneva, in the heart of the Haute-Savoie You will enjoy our 5000m2 non-enclosed land open to nature Heated and secured swimming pool (alarm) usable from May to September included (depending on the weather) A bedroom separated from the living room by a large glass roof, with a Queen-size bed (160x200) In the living room: - A kitchen equipped with induction hob, combined oven / microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine - A lounge area with a sofa bed (very good quality 140x200 mattress) to possibly accommodate an additional person or 2 children. - TV with Netflix A bathroom with a shower cabin Independent WC Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen can be provided (extra charge) Everything you need for baby is available (cot, high chair, changing table, small bathtub ...) Car essential! Snow tyres strongly recommended between 01/11 and 31/03. Parking spaces Large private garden of 5000m2 open to nature will charm you by its quietness and its full view on our mountains! The accommodation is attached to our house but entirely independent. Our accommodation is situated at an altitude of just over 800 m, in a very rural village. In the centre of the village (1km) you will find a bar-restaurant-bread shop and a bar-tobacco-press-grocery shop at a little over 3 kms. The supermarkets, petrol station, doctor, pharmacy...are 7 kms away.
