Creekside Farmhouse @409 Bronck

Creekside at 409 Bronck is a 3 bed 2 bath farmhouse style 2 story home that sits along a babbling creek. We offer Creekside singularly or for larger parties and groups as a part of our Owls Hoot Barn ‘complex’ of vacation rentals and barns. Our properties have all been restored with attention to period details of the era of the house. Well appointed, clean, and centrally located with easy access to Hudson, Catskill, Athens and all the Hudson Vallwy has to offer. Remote work enabled w/ WiFi! Creekside @ 409 Bronck Our space is perfectly suited for groups of 6-8 or for families. Highly desired area just minutes to the Hudson River and easy access to the NYS Thruway means shopping and dining are just minutes away. Antiques and an eclectic mix of furniture compliments the white painted wood walls. Our first floor living space king primary bedroom has a semi-private en suite full bath with a separate makeup room between the two. Our second floor living space offers two separate bedrooms, a king bed and a queen bed along with a shared bathroom upstairs. The living room offers two couches, one is a trundle bed (two twins). There is a office area in the entry for computer work, but we hope you won't work while here;-) Outside you can sit by the Climax Creek and enjoy tea or french press morning coffee! Guests have access to all living spaces (basement is private/locked)…this is NOT a shared space it is a single family home rented exclusively as a vacation rental to our guests. We are always available by text or call to respond on any needs or questions you may have. We do prefer to give our guests their privacy, however are very happy to pop in and give a tour, text is the fastest way to reach us. Close to shops and dining, antiquing and vintage variety shops abound, hiking, the Hudson River, trails, visit working sheep and goat farms. Apple picking or just sit in our Adirondack chairs along Climax Creek! It is best to come with a car to get around to all the various sites in the beautiful Hudson Valley, Uber has become more easily accessible. The train station in Hudson is just a 20 minute taxi. We have coded locks Pet fee applies! $75: house trained a must, bring your own towels to wipe pets after being out. No pets on furniture please, bring coverings and your own sheets if it’s your pets custom to go on couches or beds. You will be accessed additional cleaning fees on top of the standard fee and on top of the pet fee if our covers need to be laundered or are stained (including bath towels used to dry them after rain).
