This Studio is perfect for business/pleasure - guests wanting a comfortable stay in a newly refurbished, well equipped light & airy contemporary space with beautiful views to the East and West of Staffordshire Private secure access in the grounds of a private home, good parking. The hosts live in the main house, available if required. V.quiet & private. Great road/rail links, 3 miles from M6 J14 set between the Market town of Stone & Stafford for all amenities inc pubs & restaurants. Fast Wifi The Studio offers a tranquil relaxing environment with far reaching views to the east and west of the county. Whilst being very private you can relax in the knowledge that the host lives on site if required. A great base to explore all that Staffordshire has to offer including Cannock Chase, The World of Wedgwood, Trentham Gardens, The Monkey Forest not forgetting Alton Towers. Stafford and Stone both have train stations with superb links up and down the country. PLEASE NOTE DOGS ARE ALLOWED £20 PAYABLE DIRECT AND PROVIDE YOUR OWN BEDDING FOR THE DOG PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THEM ON THE FURNITURE. Parking is situated directly outside the property on the golden gravel adjacent to the wall behind the private entrance to the studio. Self checkin is available via a lock box contains key for property and a programmed fob to open the secure gated access. Located on a farming lane, gives instant access to the countryside. Turn left on foot out of the property and keep walking it will eventually bring you to the local Market town of Stone where you can enjoy all amenitiies , including many bars and restaurants. The last Saturday of each Stone hosts its famous Farmers Markets which offer a fine array of local produce. Whitgreave it self does not have a pub but The Greyhound on the A34, Worston Mill at Great Bridgford or the Shire Horse at Stafford are very local. By car is best however if you choose to walk Stone is only 3 miles away if you prefer a leisurely walk or Jogging. The local bus stop is situated on the A34 to the left ( North bound ) towards Stone just as you leave the village and the 101 will stop every 20 mins or south side is the bus stop for the 101 ( South bound ) towards Stafford. Just ask if you want the country walk details to Worston Mill, Great Bridgford. Dogs are welcome (small extra cost, payable when here, £20 extra per dog ) PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE OUR OWN PETS ( DOGS/CATS ) IN THE GARDEN, PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR DOGS CHASE THEM & KEEP YOUR DOGS RESTRAINED AT ALL TIMES.
