However if you choose to park on the street overnight, you'll need a temporary 24 hour parking pass which I provide for $5. Please keep in mind there isn't always available street parking. Also ensure to read the street parking signs thoroughly for clarity. There is street cleaning on Thursdays and Fridays on each sides of the street from 9am - 4pm. So absolutely no parking during those times on those dates. We are available at any time. Please do not hesitate to message/call us via the app. Berwyn is a suburb with a mixed population of 55,00 people that mainly consists of families and young professionals. Located minutes away from famous Chicago attractions with plenty local Award-Winning local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. If personal vehicle isn't available, shared rides: Uber, Lyft, etc. would be the recommended way to travel around Berwyn to Chicago. *PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING* HOUSE RULES ***RULE 1 - NO PARTIES*** This is a very quiet neighborhood, neighbors will contact the police department in the event of any loud disturbances. ***RULE 2 - NO SMOKING*** There is a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. Absolutely no smoking in the unit. ***RULE 3 - NO PETS*** We do not accept any pets on the property. There is a strict no pet policy. HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS ARE $300 NON-NEGOTIABLE ***NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS*** Every guest has to be accounted for when booking your stay. Our apartment accommodate 4 guests at a time. Any additional guests after 4 will carry a $50 fee per person. ------------------------------------------------------------ Additional Notes Robes are for you to enjoy during your stay.
