Our place is close to Downtown Middletown and Wesleyan University, located halfway between Hartford and New Haven. You'll love our home because there is a private floor with 2 spacious bedrooms, a queen bed in each room, sleeps 4 total. Large bathroom shared by both bedrooms. Mini-fridge, microwave & Keurig provided. Coffee, tea, bottled water & light snacks provided. Our place is perfect for Wesleyan parents, students & visitors, couples, families, and business travelers. Our home is located minutes away from Downtown Middletown with over 30 gourmet restaurants, a movie theater, and other attractions, including historic Wesleyan University! There are numerous restaurants who deliver to our home. If you require an extended stay, there are large closets in each bedroom, and plenty of cabinet space in the bathroom. There is an above-ground pool & deck available for swimming or relaxing in warm weather months. Guests will have a private floor with 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 large bathroom. Semi-private entrance coming into the home. Ample parking in front of the home for 2 or more cars. Please note, there is no kitchen access or meal service, but plenty of food options available via online delivery, local take-out, and a plethora of nearby restaurants. There is a laundromat less than 1 mile away. We live on property downstairs and are available when needed! We are in the South Farms District of Middletown, just off highway Route 9, which runs between Interstates 91 and 95. We are less than 5 minutes from Downtown Middletown, under 30 minutes from Hartford to the north, and less than 30 minutes from the Shoreline to the south. UBER is readily available and costs under $10 to get back & forth to Downtown Middletown. Hartford is 20 minutes away; New Haven is 30 minutes away; and Bradley International Airport (BDL) is 40 minutes away.
