Amazing farmhouse with pool, hot tub, games room!

We are pleased to offer these unique bedroom's inside a lovely farmhouse. Booking one of these bedroom's you will be able to enjoy all the farmhouse facilities, such as outdoor pool, hot tub, games room and also will give you access to the common areas. The farmhouse is a wonderful countryside retreat perfect for couples in love, families, short break with friends, horse lovers. Located on a cross country course, surrounded by nature, animals and many places nearby to explore. Please note: this listing is to book a private bedroom inside the farmhouse, it’s not for the entire farmhouse. This is a shared house listing. Our maximum capacity is 8 guests (4 bedrooms) In the property you will have access to the common areas: kitchen, living room's, dining room, games room. Exterior: Pool area, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom En suite (England) - It features a king size bed, curtains, chair, hangers and a lovely lake view. Bedroom 2 (Black furniture) - It features a king size bed, 2 nightstands, curtains, 1 bed side lamp, 4 drawer. Bedroom 3 (White furniture) - It features a double size bed, 2 nightstands, curtains, 2 bed side lamp, 3 drawer. Bedroom 4 En-suite (Playroom stairs) - It features a double bed, fitted wardrobe, curtains, window facing stables, bathroom. Group sleeping arrangements: 2 guests - will be allocated in the same room. (Website hidden by Airbnb) guests - 2 will be allocated in the same room, 1 will be allocated in a separate room and depending on demand an extra charge will be required, as we charge per room, we don’t offer twins or single rooms. 4 guests - please note that we count every two guests as one room, if all guests are single or each guest would like to have one room each - 4 bedrooms in total to sleep separated, if we have availability it will be possible but an extra charge will be required, the charge will be per night and per room, charges will vary depending on demand, season. 2 to 8 guests - every two guests will be allocated in one room. Please feel free to enquire first. All areas within the farmhouse and common areas I'll give space to my guests but I'll be available if needed. The farm is located 21 miles from the city of London, 10 minutes driving from Epping station (Central Line). It’s a great escape from the city, by tube, guests will take only 45 minutes from Central London to the farm, where you will find peace, nature, animals and lots of nearby attractions to explore. Feel the countryside feeling however without leaving the convenience behind, the farm is very well located, only a few minutes driving to Epping, Loughton or Ongar High Street where you will find supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants, food take away, shops… Nearest tube station is Epping (Central Line) you can easily get a local cab (Lawlor cab), their office is inside the car park station or you can easily get an Uber from there to the (Website hidden by Airbnb) not possible to walk or get a bus to the farm from the station. It is a 10 min journey from the station to the farm. From the farm to the station you will need to call the local cab called Lawlor cab. If all bedrooms are booked and it’s not from the same group, the use of the hot tub will be by slots, so each room will have their private time using the hot tub. There’s no limit of time to use the hot tub, generally the guests use it around 2/3 hours. There’s no specific time that you can’t use it, even in the am time it’s possible to use it.
