This is a cosy home nestled in the forest but not too remote! Sleeps 4 adults comfortably, with an additional hide a bed in living room for a child. Bright open concept kitchen/ living room with bar stools at island for more casual dining. Modern fully renovated bathroom. Kitchen has all the essentials including a Nespresso coffee maker, reg coffee maker and a complimentary assortment of teas! Close to wineries and other great amenities! 2 minutes away from the Quarry Nature Park, you can enjoy hiking or biking as well as a fenced dog park. ****Please inform us ahead of time if you are bringing a pet. Pet cleaning fee $100 Pets are not permitted on any furniture but we thoroughly clean and sanitize between each guest. Please keep in mind, There is no outdoor “hangout” space at the moment as the exterior of the property is a work in progress!! Enjoy this private home with a forest style back yard! Ample parking! We live on the property in a separate house and available if needing anything. Houses are separate by some trees, but it’s mostly private! Cobble hill is a down to earth town with friendly people and lots of beautiful out door things to enjoy! It’s close enough to anything you might need but still has the feeling you are tucked away enough from the hustle and bustle. Hiking, biking, lakes, Wineries, local farm stands, horseback riding, Golf with an ocean view! A pub 3 minutes away! Amazing food truck 2 minutes away! The ocean is a 10 minute drive away. Having a car is definitely needed in this area as it’s definitely more rural! This home is all on one level but it does not have wheelchair access. There are stairs to get to entrance as well as a gravel slopped driveway. This property is not fenced and if bringing furry friends they need to be either very well behaved or on leash at all times.
