Our spacious home is well maintained, clean and comfortable. You’ll love our place because of the location, the people, and the outdoors space. The backyard is a private, cozy space where you'll be able to enjoy your morning coffee or have an afternoon barbecue. We have a 300 acre park directly behind our house, which includes walking trails, frisbee golf, fishing and big open fields. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Our spacious home is well maintained, clean and comfortable. All mattresses were purchased new in September 2016. (Please do not allow children to jump on them.) Our home sleeps six guests comfortably, however we do have two air mattresses available for a 7th and/or 8th guest. You will have access to the entire house, including the garage. There is also a pool available from May to September. We will be available during your stay for any questions or needs. Ballantyne is an upscale, family oriented, very popular suburb of Charlotte, NC. The area is thriving and full of unique dining and shopping experiences. It is conveniently located near I-485 and many other major thoroughfares. It is approximately 20 minutes to uptown Charlotte and CLT airport. There is a garage available for your use.
