This cozy container unit has all you need for a short stopover. Containing a small bathroom, bed, mini fridge, microwave, TV, heating and cooling for comfort and parking space out front for your stay. This unit is part of a multi unit dwelling and the second of which is available on AirBnB. Whilst there is no pets in the unit the complex does have pet friendly residences so you may encounter the occasional bark when wandering to and from your unit. The unit contains a small bathroom, bed, mini fridge, microwave, TV and heating and cooling for comfort and parking space for your stay. Your parking area is on the blue stones just in front of the front deck of the residence on the street frontage. Once parked you will make your way down the driveway to the back of the property. Please note that there is another self contained residence at the back of the property and the unit will appear to the right hand side where the concrete pathway is white in colour. A key can be accessed from a lock-box on the left hand side of the unit when looking at the entry door. We are blessed with very good neighbors all around us. Giralang is a very safe neighborhood and has many walking areas and playing fields for exercise and sporting activities close at hand. There are busses traveling from less than 50 meters away and major shopping centers are within 8min drive from the premises. Access to major arterial roads leading to all corners of Canberra are also within 800 meters from the premises.
