I am happy to offer my modern Extremely Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment with balcony situated on the top floor of new build secured block with private territory in a quite residential area. *High-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi *West London -> 20 minutes to Central London *Closest METRO: Hanger Lane or Park Royal -> 7-10 minutes walk Ideal for tourists, couples and those on Business trips. So if you are looking for a nice and quiet place with easy reach throughout the city, please look no further! Although it is an extremely easy commute to Central London, my home is the perfect haven from the bustling city. You have the best of both worlds - you can either explore this exciting part of London just a short subway ride away, or get some peace and quiet in my cozy apartment. The living space is clean and classic. Go for a walk in the park or kick back on the comfortable sofa and relax in front of the TV after a long day - it has a very welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is newly built so everything in the kitchen is classic but contemporary, making it an enjoyable place to cook. The light double bedroom with french windows floor to ceiling is comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep. The double bed will have fresh luxury linen. The bedroom also has a wardrobe so you have plenty of storage space - it’s so nice to unpack and feel at home when you arrive. There is also a separate storage room where you can store your luggage to get it out of the way for the length of your stay. Freshen up in the lovely bathroom - the shower is new and you can enjoy the fluffy towels and shampoo that are provided! My apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay. I really hope you’ll enjoy your stay in my home. You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guest comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in entirety. I will be available via the Airbnb portal or via by phone if there is anything you need in stay. I can assure you any help you need we will be there. Extremely quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful private park and lake right near the apartment. The excellent travel connections, with Park Royal serviced by a tube station that goes directly into central London and beyond. 7-10 minutes walk from 2 underground stations - Hanger Lane (Central line) and Park Royal (Piccadilly line) You will be held responsible for keys to the apartment. We reserve the right to charge Guests £100 per set of keys if lost or damaged. I can accommodate late check in after 9pm for an additional fee of £50. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
