Walk across the street to our two neighborhood lake access points for paddle boarding and kayaking or enjoy the day at our community beach! Located only 15 minutes from Heavenly Village and a short drive from Round Hill beach and Zephyr Cove beach this is the perfect location to enjoy real Tahoe living. Maximum Occupancy 10 guests including children of all ages Douglas County VHR permit # (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The cabin boasts a large en suite primary bedroom with a Cal King bed, a smart TV and a large fully stocked bathroom . An additional bedroom upstairs has two twin beds perfect for the kids. Downstairs, there are three cozy bedrooms. One Cal King; two queens; and a twin over full bunk, each fitted with a comfortable mattress. The bedrooms downstairs share a fully stocked bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and a hair dryer. The two main rooms have smart tvs installed to enjoy some down time. The large laundry room is also located downstairs and is fully available during your stay. Upstairs, open living allows for a grand living room with plenty of seating. Switch on the gas fireplace or warm up in the hot tub on the deck. Appreciate family meals at the dining table and a kitchen with everything you’ll need including pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, French press coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and toaster. There is parking on the property for four vehicles. Two in the garage & two in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited at all times. A parking permit will be issued upon your arrival. The permit must be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle. Welcome to Lincoln Park Circle with two resident lake access points (including two neighborhood beach) and located just a short drive from some of the most popular beaches, ski resorts, restaurants, golf and casinos. Parking is available on property. There are two parking spaces in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited at all times. You will be provided parking passes upon arrival which must be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 We know your dogs are also part of the family, so if they’re well behaved and house trained, bring them along for the experience to enjoy the hikes & the lake on your doorstep.
