This lovely first floor flat is nestled in a quiet neighbourhood of North Dunfermline. Castleblaire Park is a cul-de-sac, so passing traffic is minimal. The property boasts two spacious bedrooms, each with a SuperKing bed, which can be split into a pair of single beds on request. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. It also has a shower room/toilet. Each of the two Superking beds in the bedrooms of this delightful property can be set to a pair of single beds if required. Due to the absence of a communal lounge, each bedroom has its own 43" TV and a couple of comfy chairs. Each room has a spacious wardrobe and plenty of drawer space for storing personal items and a large bedside table with drawers, a bedside lamp and unique decorative furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and sink for dishes. All the cutlery and crockery you will need are provided, and there is a dining table and benches in one accommodation room for relaxed meals and socialising if required. Guests have access to the entire house and garden space to the rear of the property. Outside, there is parking for the houses in the cul-de-sac and on-street parking along the surrounding roads, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee how close the nearest free space will be. I do not live at the property or nearby but I'm a phone call/message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. The property is located 600m North of the centre of Dunfermline in a quiet residential area, yet it is less than 300m from the large Tesco superstore and fuel station.
