Newly built 2 bedroom and loft, lakefront cottage located in the west arm of the stunning Shawnigan Lake. Open concept kitchen and living room. Large deck with outdoor kitchen, dining area, bbq and fire pit. Outdoor shower, full laundry facilities and large dock. Great for groups up to 8, and amazing for families with kids. Beach toys and some water toys as well as life jackets are available for use. Amazing year round accommodation with guaranteed relaxation! Cozy lakefront cottage- 35 minutes from Victoria, BC. Great for all water activities, fishing and close to quaint Shawnigan Lake village. Access to Entire Cottage and dock. Excluding one or two locked cupboards storing our personal belongings. We are available to assist guests either in person or via text/phone/email. Guest are always welcome to ask us questions about the local area and things to do. 5 minutes to the Town of Shawnigan Lake, very close to Shawnigan Lake School and Brentwood College in Mill Bay, 35 minutes to Victoria, 1 hour to Nanaimo. Shawnigan Village which is 5mins Away has city transit to Mill Bay and/or Victoria The cottage is on a septic please be mindful of this, flush only toilet paper in toilet. Bottled water is recommended for drinking. A few complimentary bottles will be stored in fridge, please bring your additional supplies If needed.
