The Landing at The Chairworks Recording Studio

Set within a converted Victorian factory and close to Xscape, The landing is a creative use of space at the centre of The Chairworks recording studio. Overlooking the large dining hall/reception, the room comprises of a quirky layout, ideal for couples or a couple with a child. There is a double bed built into the eaves and a single bed on the ground level. The Victorian styled shower room is below the double bed. The room is air conditioned with a smart tv. Suitable for a short stay. You enter The Chairworks into the main Reception Hall, where you will find sofas and a dining table. This area is the main access into the music studios and The Residence (a 3 bedroom apartment). This area will see musicians come and go during the day but is quiet on an evening after 7pm and can be used by guests from The Residence or The Landing.
