Charming cottage with a location close to nature, water, and wildlife. Four beds are divided into one bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed for two people in the lounge. Small kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, and kettle. Toilet and shower The cottage has wifi, and a small SmartTV. Rented out per night or week Well behaved pets are welcome! The cottage is located with lovely views of the natural plot with running water. - Mobile wifi aprox 13.01 Mbit/s - Combined heating/air conditioning (air heat pump) - A small smartTV with a basic offer (Tv1, tv2, tv4) - WC and shower where the surface layer consists of a plastic mat - Own well - Small porch with 2 chairs - Bench with a table outside the cottage There is a little cosy cottage on the property with a fireplace to use (common space) There is also one other cottage on the property (please see separate ad) which is perfect for two families that want to spend the vacation together but still have theire own place. There are several fruit trees on the plot and if it is the right season, you are welcome to pick fruit to eat. Free parking Cleaning is not included. The guest is responsible for cleaning before departure. The cleaning fee includes cleaning items and chemicals are available for the guest to use. Incomplete or no cleaning is charged. Pillows and duvets are available. Bed linen such as duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, and towels are brought along. If you want to rent bed linen + SEK 150 / bed (please let us know before) Feel free to contact us if there is a lack of utensils or if you have other requests during your stay.
