As the house is located in a residential colony, we DO NOT ALLOW LOUD PARTIES. However, subtle celebrations in the house are permitted. SMOKING is strictly PROHIBITED. 2. Playing cards, UNO, badminton rackets etc are kept in the cabinet below the microwave in the kitchen. Kindly keep them back in place after use. 3. Kitchen: -The kitchen is fully functional and can be used by the guests. KINDLY LEAVE THE KITCHEN CLEAN and not in a state of mess before checking out. -We have a cooking stove, refrigerator, microwave, basic utensils, crockery & cutlery, basic masalas, oil, tea, sugar etc. -If you do not wish to cook, the locality has plenty of dine-in and takeaway options. -We request the guests to kindly wash the utensils after use. If needed, a house-help can be arranged to do the dishes at an extra cost of Rs100. 4. Kindly inform us in advance if BBQ grill would be required during the duration of your stay. 5. We would love to have your pets at our place. However, kindly keep them from chewing on the wooden furniture and request you to carry their bedding and food. 6. The house is comfortable for 4 people- if needed, extra mattresses can be provided on request. 7. We have a very strict NO DRUGS policy.
