100m apartment for short or long periods located in the Marche countryside. Available large garden with parking space, private entrance, large living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two windows closets. Ideal for couples, large families, guests with pets, motorcyclists, etc. On request and with prior notice we organize customized tours with guide in the villages and/or natural parks. We speak english and french. The place is very simple, genuine and quiet, the atmosphere is peaceful and familiar. If you want to spend some nice moments in a quiet and totally relaxing environment, it is the ideal solution for you. On the contrary, it is not ideal for you if you are looking for luxury, noise and unbridled fun! My parents live in the apartment on the ground floor but will leave guests total independence. There are no services such as breakfast (but you can use kitchen!), nor remake of beds and rooms, nor cleaning DURING the stay! The country house house is near Jesi, in a quiet area that offers very nice walks. With 1 minute drive you reach a luxurious wellness center, with 5 minutes drive you reach the city center, with 15 the sea. with 20 minutes the famous Frasassi caves. Public transportation to the sea and / or the city center is about 300 meters on foot. However, it is much more preferable to come by car because bus/trains are not very frequent. We have a dog and a cat living outside.
