With an impressive walk in shower, feature bath, twin bedroom and king bed, there is great versatility here, suitable for friends getting together, cheeky romantic short breaks, or a family staycation base. Brand new wood fired hot tub, bbq and firepit overlooking the apple and pear orchard, outside hot and cold shower - this unique little gem packs a lot of punch into the former brick barn. Superbly positioned, Avalon is only a short taxi ride into Exeter city centre for prime access to the excellent restaurants, shopping, cathedral, cultural & museum exhibits, Exeter Quay, Sandy Park & the Chiefs, St James Park & the Grecians. Business or pleasure, solo, couple or small family, Avalon will not disappoint as your base for exploring the majesty of Devon. Important Property Notes: This is not a party location and house parties are not permitted. Any disturbance created and guests will be asked to leave the premises. One dog is permitted to stay at this property at the discretion and final permission provided by the property owner, and supplementary dog charge of £60. Wood fired hot tub is available all year, and included within the booking value for bookings made from April to October. Bookings outside of this period (low season) will need to pay an additional supplement of £100. Property owner insists on minimum age of 16 for users of the hot tub. There is adequate parking for two vehicles at the property. Whilst it is possible to travel to this property via public transport, the number 6 coach from Exeter to Bude, there is a 20 min walk from the stop to the property. Guests are advised to arrange their transfer, taxi or own vehicle. Please note there is a hot tub supplement of £100 for all 2 night bookings in low season.
