The Gardeners Flat @ Elm House, Enville

Situated on a family small holding in the centre of the beautiful and historic Enville Estate, with nearby walks, church, post office & coffee shop. Views for miles and plenty of animals at our working small holding. The Gardeners flat is the perfect self catering accommodation for a short trip, wedding, visiting friends or exploring the local countryside. We have lovely Hereford cows, horses, sheep, pigs, chickens and plenty of friendly dogs! Newly converted and comfortable first floor space with plenty of comforts. Large lockable garage space beneath, including dog kennel and room for wet weather gear and equipment for hobbies e.g. bikes. Entry to The Gardeners Flat is via an electronic keypad so there is no need to meet us if you prefer. We live onsite and look after our animals daily if you do need us. Situated in the heart of the beautiful Enville Estate surrounded by miles of footpaths, bridle ways and plenty to do. We are walking distance from the village pub and coffee shop. We have ample free parking and plenty to do within walking distance if you enjoy being in the countryside. The price per night is based on one person or two people sharing the super king bed. If you also require the single bed please please use the extra person supplement of £15 when booking & paying. Dogs are welcome but unfortunately we cannot allow them into the Gardeners Flat. There is an indoor kennel directly below the flat which dogs are welcome to use at no extra charge. We are a working Farm. When working with our animals we do try and keep any noise to a minimum. However there may be times when this is not possible. The health and well-being of our animals must come first and routine is very important, for example morning & evening dog walking. In case of any allergies, please be aware that all bedding is feather. Unfortunately at this time we do not have any alternative. Depending on whether the flat has been booked before/after your stay I can often be more flexible with check in/out times, please do ask if this would help. Please no extra guests or visitors without permission due to security. If you require a travel cot or high chair please do let me know in advance. Due to space restrictions I don’t store them in the flat. Unfortunately I cannot provide bedding for the travel cot, please bring your own. There is a nespresso vertuo capsule coffee machine if you would like to bring your own capsules. We also provide tea bags, instant coffee and fresh milk. Please read the check in instructions from Airbnb carefully as it will explain how to self check in, including instructions and the access code for the electronic lock to The Gardeners Flat. If you require anything extra, that is not listed for your stay, please do ask.
